1. Acceptance

By accessing Odds Uni (odduni.com, or oddsuni.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. Nature of the service

Odds Uni is a sports intelligence and prediction platform. We use statistical modelling, AI analysis, historical data and performance analytics to help you research and understand sporting events. We publish schedules, predictions, probabilities, statistics, performance records, news and community features.

Odds Uni is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept or place wagers on behalf of users, we do not hold or process funds for sports wagering, we do not settle wagers, and we do not pay gambling winnings. Where market prices are displayed, they are reference data from licensed operators with whom we have no affiliation. There is no way to place a bet through this service.

3. Sports predictions and analytics

Predictions are generated by analytical and modelling systems from data available at the time of publication. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Any prediction can be wrong.
A stated probability is a model's estimate of likelihood, not an assurance. A 70% probability implies the model expects to be wrong roughly three times in ten.
Historical model performance describes past results only and does not guarantee, predict or imply future results.
Data may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, including data supplied by third parties.
Odds Uni provides information and entertainment. Nothing published here is financial, investment or betting advice.
You remain solely responsible for any decision you make using information obtained from this platform, and for complying with the law where you live.

4. Fantasy League and promotional prizes

The Fantasy League is a free-to-enter prediction competition scored on the accuracy of members' picks. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary. Members do not stake money on any outcome and pay Odds Uni nothing to take part.

Some challenges offer promotional prizes, funded by Odds Uni as an incentive to participate. Where a prize is offered, its details appear on the challenge itself. Prizes are awarded on ranking within the competition, are not transferable, and may be substituted or withdrawn if a challenge is cancelled. Odds Uni may require verification of identity and eligibility before awarding a prize, and may disqualify any entry obtained through multiple accounts, automation, or manipulation of the scoring system. Where prizes are awarded, any tax arising is the recipient's responsibility. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

UniCoins are a virtual balance used inside Odds Uni for rewards and unlocks. They are not money, not cryptocurrency, and not a wagering balance. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not redeemable against any sporting outcome.

5. Age & jurisdiction

Odds Uni is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. We do not accept wagers, so no gambling age applies to using this site — but sports-wagering law varies by country and state, and if you choose to act on information from this platform elsewhere, complying with the law where you live is your responsibility.

6. No guarantee of accuracy

Predictions, odds, and analysis are provided on a best-effort basis and may be wrong, stale, or delayed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Intellectual property

The Odds Uni name, logo, content, and software are owned by us. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the service, including losses from any bets placed anywhere.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
