Use this for anything about the product: an account problem, a page that will not load, a question about how a prediction was produced, or a press or partnership enquiry.
Corrections

If a score, a result, a statistic or a graded prediction is wrong, we want to know. Include the URL and what the correct value should be. How corrections are handled once they reach us — who reviews them, what gets amended, and what we leave on the record — is set out in the Editorial Policy.

Support tickets
Members can open a tracked ticket from Support, which keeps the conversation attached to the account and is usually faster than email. It needs an account; email does not.
Community channels
Public channels, useful for quick questions. They are not private, so do not post account details, payment information or anything you would not put in a group chat.
What we cannot help with
Odds Uni is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, settle bets or pay winnings, so we cannot help with a deposit, a withdrawal, a bonus or a settled bet at another company. Those belong to the operator you used. We also do not give financial, investment or betting advice, and we will not tell you what to stake.
